I really wish someone would post a picture of him. Because I think I know him and am being played. But I can't be certain until I see what he looks like. How can there be so many things written about him. Including news pages with police arrest details. But his image is a closely guarded secret. Really good way to protect the public.

He rented a car from my company in Turo. He is in Toronto now, pictures of him are in the link. I searched up his name becsuse he seemed like a weird guy and found all this, starting to get the feeling that his ID is fake because I've never seen that one but it might just be becsuse I've never been to Bc.

i got scammed by him too, he rented the car from me on turo (Surrey, BC) and then at the return day, he asked me to extend but cant pay me because he has a problem with the bank. he will pay me once he returns the car after 4 days. he kept dragging day after day until two weeks has elapsed then i demanded the car and when he got it back, he told me he will pay me the next day (where he will get his pay check). that never happened and phone got disconnected. this was on Oct 2021

Every time I seen him he had a different car. You want to find him in the summer, go to the Beer Garden in Niagara Falls on Clifton Hill. He is basically there 7 days a week when he's not in BC.

This guy is definitely in Alberta. Calgary as a matter of fact. Hangs out at karaoke bars and says he’s the President of Western operations for Rogers. Telling peeps he can get them free phones… strange little guy. Scammer for sure.

He’s still roaming karaoke bars.. this time in Ottawa, ON. Disappeared on Nov. 18.

He convinced me that he worked as a Bell executive.. but also that he was a friend… he didn’t ask ANYTHING of me or our friend group for almost 2 months. Then got me with some “Black Friday” deals. Took me for $1526.51.

Definitely the same guy that’s shown in the picture above.

If the Lawyer from the June post is still paying attention, I wouldn’t mind getting in contact with you , if you could leave your firm’s info here next time. Thank you.

Sadly none of that is legit he is quite tech savvy and uses fake numbers from a text to phone number or the internet phone things. He’s stolen thousands upon thousands from tonnes of ppl

Luckily I investigated this guy, I offered a ride to Edmonton because he seemed desperate, seemed very friendly, and outgoing, we bonded on the way to his destination and later in the day, he sent me a message saying that he has a lot of phones from Rogers warehouses all over Canada that he could sell to me at a good price. Luckily the bank blocked my transfer to his account. He is currently in Edmonton and last seen in Century Park Lrt, That's where I dropped him off, I should have offered to drop him off where he currently resides to send the cops on his ass.

Soon as I met this individual there was so many red flags. In the beginning he would buy rounds of drinks. Flexing money. Saying Bell sends him to karaoke competitions. Mentioned a gf, Sarah, who no one ever saw, and she would get very personal with me, I never gave "her" any info about me. I am absolutely certain that "she" was him. The biggest was he gave my bf tickets to a jets game. When my bf could not attend, he paid it forward to one of his friends. I would've returned them to the original person, but he was trying to be nice to someone that really wanted to attend. When Mike found out he blew up all over social media trying to ruin my bfs name. I told him that my bf didn't know they were corp tickets and that I confirmed with Bell (who he worked for at the time) that corp tix are not transferrable, that Mike can bring one person with him, but he would have to be in attendance. As an "employee" he should know this, and that my bf would've never got in to see the game. However, my bf sent him $300 (to which he said the tix cost and that he had to pay back to Bell and was penalized). My friend and I ended up launching an investigation with Bell and gave them the ticket numbers. Also, corp tix would be way more for a Jets game. I warned someone that attends the karaoke show I host, of my suspicions when he was getting close to him. He resides in Winnipeg but recently "got hired with Rogers and is currently fixing towers across BC from the fires". So many other red flags as well. I was able to obtain his legal name. Which is Michael Berkeley Ogden. He has many emails and phone numbers. Since I have known him, he has contacted me from 3. The most recent saying his phone was destroyed in the fires. When I asked why a new number? he stated that "Rogers replaces sim with phone numbers to prevent sim swap fraud for employees" (insert eye roll). The current number he's using is 204-558-6731.

I didn't think he actually gave me a real name but I would never forget it. I was probably his first victim... 2003 using IRC. Shit head messaged a board I was on saying he had a bunch of Vaio laptops for lowball pricing and I fell for it. He sent me his photo with Ontario drivers license.
A friend asked me to check out an ad for her today for a camera that was an obvious scam, not from Mike but I told her the story it reminded me of and thought to run his name on Google... 20 years later... He's still at it? Crazy shit!!
I've always wondered where he got to... I want my money back. I think I wired him $600 for 3 laptops.

Most recent sighting: Hostel in Toronto. Left Feb 11th 2024. Tried to scam another guest by giving him a fake job offer in Alberta, then also tried to scam him into buying a phone for $300 (Didn't fall for it though) He is now banned from our hostel. Thought I would make a note of it here for documentation.

As of Friday morning, he's in Dartmouth NS. I am a local karaoke host here (he didn't scam me). He took myself and five other people to a bar in Downtown Halifax and spent a considerable amount of money at both that bar, and the bar I work for. So sorry to hear of peoples stories. I have blocked his account (Vancity Michael) on facebook.

Still out there posting scams and I got scammed by him just this week $450. Posting on Facebook Market Place saying he works for Rogers as a tech and sells phones cheap. The ads says shipping from PEI and his number he is using 9025004046 and the email of ogdenmik30629@gmail.com. Send what appears to be legit emails but then disappears.

Still scamming, last seen in the Okanagan region in BC. Scammed our family out of $3000. Came across this other site about him during my search to find information about him: https://michaelogden.ca/

How is this guy still not in jail again is beyond me... The police must not give a flying *** about what this guy is doing and how many people he's scammed.
