I am very proud to see Mike has been charged. Good job to the victims of this scam artist for contacting the police and informing them of this website. Hopefully charges will be laid in the other provinces he has infected, this is only the beginning of the end for Mike.

I contacted each of his "friends", and explained who this POS is. I got a response from his ex-gf. She reported him to the St. Johns PD, and Mike took off. He was arrested (On my outstanding charges) in Sydney NS and transported to Hlfx.He was sentenced (June 24/13) to 60 days in jail, court ordered restitution, and one year probation. He is currently on probation. I urge anyone who has been ripped off by this POS to file charges with your local PD, and to contact Mike's probation officer. Her name is Anna, and her number is 902-424-4011. I'm sure she would love to hear about Mike's latest doings.

Mike was arrested in Terrace B.C. back in February. I found this out from a facebook page devoted to catching Mike. Apparently his then girlfriend turned him in. I called the Terrace RCMP to inquire about the charges, and explained that i had been scammed by him and there was an outstanding warrent for arrest in Nova Scotia, but they wouldn't divulge any information.
The sad truth is most people are honest hard working tax payers who don't have any need to find out how inept our system is when it comes to prosecuting crimes like the ones this POS commits.
We put blind faith in the system.
This guy knows what he can get away with, and if caught, what the consequences are.
He just keeps doing this stuff over and over, and moving from place to place.
The outstanding warrent against Mike filed in NS, means nothing in BC, and he knows that.
The next time this guy gets nabbed, the same crap will happen. the Crown Attorney will make a deal with Mikes court appointed lawyer, and bring it before the Judge who will accept it to avoid court costs.
When he does do a stint in jail, its like going back to crime school, he just learns more ways to get away.
Also, when he gets out, its now even more difficult for him to get a legit job, so he goes straight back to scamming.
The next time I track this POS down, I won't involve the police.
My advice to anyone who has got scammed by this little prick, is to report the incitent to your local police department.
The more complaints filed, and all over the country, gives this idiot less places to hide, and if he does backtrack, and gets caught in a juristriction where a previous complaint has been filed, he will end up in a heap more shit.

I responded several times to his Keyone ad, doesn't seem interested in selling. I almost got scammed by him about 10 years ago but thanks to this blog I didn't.
