I know all this because he scammed me out of 275 bucks from the site called kijiji.com. And before I check the sight out to find out if anyone else was scammed by the guy I never thought to even look. My stupidity I guess. I not that familiar with the net so I never thought it could happen. Hope this helps with your search for the POS cause I'm reporting it right away to day and send the info to St Johns for them to check out.

The bail they wanted for him was only $1000, so I'm guessing they may only have him for whatever he was caught for, not for any crimes here. I'm not sure if the Halifax police can transfer charges and add them to what he's being charged for there, but it's worth a try to hopefully stop him for longer than 2 years this time.
His court date is the 12th in Milton. (he sent a letter to my parents, sounds like he's going to try and plead his way out again and get remanded to their custody. I'd love to see the look on his face when he sees there not showing up this time - they already didn't pay his bail or go to the original court date 2 days after he was caught - they've basically disowned him at this point)
Anyway, the point of the note is that maybe you could contact Tim and let him know that he's in custody there (Milton) I believe he was arrested by the OPP, not the local police, but not sure on that... and hopefully they can do something to get him on the charges from here as well, if the Ontario police weren't already aware of his warrant here.
We don't want to see him doing this to anybody else. He needs to do time - and more than 2 years this time - hopefully he'll take it seriously and realize there are no more free rides.
